• 2 night Minimum all times except holiday weekends and peak periods which are 3 night minimum
• One week rates are calculated as 6 nights with one night free (14% savings)
• Additional week rates are calculated as 5 nights with two nights free (28% savings) must be the same stay as the first week
• Rates are per night, per condominium and include 9% NH Rooms and Meals tax, 1% Service Charge and 15% Resort Fee
• Returning Guests Discount = 10%

• 2 Bedroom 1 Bath = $8,000.00
• 3 Bedroom 2 Bath = $9,000.00
• 4 Bedroom 2 Bath = $10,000.00
• 5 Bedroom 2 Bath = $11,000.00

General Policies

• All rates include 9% NH Rooms & Meals tax, 15% resort fee, and 1% service charge. Rates are subject to change.
• A Credit Card Imprint must be left for deposit upon arrival.
• 3 night minimum during High Season periods, Holiday weekends, New Years, Thanksgiving weekend & Martin Luther King Weekend. (see above), 2 night minimum otherwise.
• 7 nights for the price of 5 during value season.
• Damage/Security deposit of 50% is required to confirm any reservation.
• Cost of repairing any damages or excessive cleaning will be deducted from renter's deposit.
• Payment in full due upon arrival.
• Returning Guests receive 10% discount if they have stayed with us during the past 2 years, otherwise a 5% discont. No discounts (including returning guest) are valid during the value season.
• All units are non smoking
• Amount of cash deposit over $100.00 will be applied to the balance due, $100.00 is retained until 10 days after departure and then returned.
• Cancellations: full refund of deposit for all cancellations made with 30 days prior notice, 50% refund for cancellations made within 16-30 days and full deposit forfeited for any cancellation made within 15 days or less of scheduled arrival.
• Check-in time 4:00 P.M. Check-out time 10:00 A.M.
• We do not allow pets! There will be a loss of entire deposit if we find that any pets have been in the condominiums.
• All rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.
• We accept VISA, AMEX, Mastercard, Discover, Travelers or personal checks with proper ID.
• Two Keys per condominium will be given at check in. There is a $5.00 charge for any keys not returned.
• Phones in the units are direct lines and are not connected by an office switchboard. Please do not make any long distance calls, except credit card or collect. A $5.00 service charge will be added to each long distance call billed to the owner.
